Vance Boelter, suspect in the shooting of two Minnesota lawmakers, which left Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband dead and Sen. John Hoffman and his wife hospitalized, was also a minister.
According to Boelter, he was educated at Christ for the Nations, a Bible school in Dallas, and preached in Congo in recent years.
